Winter League 2026-2027
Fixtures, standings and competition results in one place.
Upset of the night: Corbett Cobras started the season as the league's highest-rated side and left 7–5 losers to Sarn Club. They've been seen checking the rulebook to see if "but we're better on paper" counts as a frame.
Prince X 11–1 Railway: Railway signed John Davies at 20:33, mid-match. It didn't help, but full marks for transfer-window urgency.
Quality over quantity: TCC lost 1–11 to Cefn A, but their one frame was a Josh Channing clearance. If you're only going to win one, win it like that.
Elo movers: Logan Hume (Squirrel) +41.9 with a perfect 3 from 3, though Squirrel still lost 8–4, so Logan may want a word. Claire Chalmers (Royal Oak B) +41.2, beating players rated well above her; the rating system is reconsidering its life choices. David Davies (Royal Rodents) +39.9, perfect night.
Identity crisis: Aled Williams made his league debut under the name "Rob Merchant". The league has since given Aled his name back. Rob, who was at no point involved, is reportedly delighted to get his Elo back.
Odds 10–2 Royal Oak A: With two clearances, from James David and Josh Yorwerth, for good measure.
Bye week: Brackla Assassins had the bye: unbeaten, unbothered, and ninth in the table.
Top of the table: Cefn A and Prince X are level on 13 points and can't be split on frame difference either, with Odds a point behind. Very early days, but someone has already screenshotted the table.
